An Open Letter

Dear Random Customer,

When you call to make a booking, if you feel the need to ask someone in the background the answer to EVERY SINGLE question that I ask you, then please, please, PLEASE just hand them the freaking phone!

  1. AHAHAHA! That just tickled me to no end. I can imagine your frustration. My husband is FAMOUS for doing that. Nine times out of ten, I'll grab the phone and finish the call.

    Wehn you call to make a booking, please make sure you have all required information.
    I do not like being put on hold while you look for your account number, address and phone number.
