Butter wouldn't melt.... |
Found this in China Town... Plants Vs Zombies SLIPPERS! I've written to Santa about them already.
Then we went to the Melbourne Town Hall for a concert performed by the Australian Chamber Orchestra. They had a mad Austrian playing violin and were all great. We did bring the average age of the audience down considerably...
I love this building, but usually only come here for the Comedy Festival.
We had an early dinner at Mrs Parma's.
Chyken gives the beer 4 and a bit happies. |
Pumpkin, Feta and Basil Parma. Amazingly delicious! |
A happie birthday boy! |
We had time to kill, so we went across Spring Street and watched the world go by in the garden for a while. It was a lovely mild Melbourne evening. Just perfect for sitting.
The Coles Fountain in Parliament Gardens. Huzzah for the drought ending!!! |
The Princess' Theatre. Another of my favourite buildings. |
Then it was on to the final activity for the day... We went back to see Rock Of Ages. It was even better the second time. If you live remotely near Melbourne and you haven't seen it yet, why the hell not???
If you're not from Melbourne, do yourself a favour and go and see Rock of Ages if it comes to your city. I promise you'll LOVE it!
Happy Birthday Chyken... I love you more than a lot!
