When you call to make a booking, if you feel the need to ask someone in the background the answer to EVERY SINGLE question that I ask you, then please, please, PLEASE just hand them the freaking phone!

AHAHAHA! That just tickled me to no end. I can imagine your frustration. My husband is FAMOUS for doing that. Nine times out of ten, I'll grab the phone and finish the call.
